CNC Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to join our dynamic team in a medium-sized machine shop located in Southeast Boise. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating mills, lathes, and various manual machines, ensuring high-quality production and adhering to tight tolerances.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC mills and lathes efficiently.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy of the products.
+ Operate manual machines and presses.
+ Complete routine maintenance of machines.
+ Set up CNC machines when necessary.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven experience in CNC machine operation.
+ Experience with mills and/or lathes.
+ Ability to perform routine maintenance.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
+ Capability of working within small tolerances.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of CNC setup.
+ Experience in a medium-sized machine shop environment.

**Work Environment**
Work in a medium-sized industrial machine shop with CNC machines located on the east side of the building, laser/presses in the middle, grinding machines on the west side, and shipping and receiving by the main door. The environment features tight quarters in parts of the shop and newer CNC machines. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Dress code requires work clothes, including jeans, t-shirts, closed-toed shoes, and face masks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, Idaho.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
