CNC Operator

ResourceMFG is seeking a CNC Router Operator to operate CNC router equipment and machines related to the fabrication of wood.

The CNC Router Operator ensures that machinery is operating correctly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and product quality.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot the CNC machine
• Performs routine maintenance on the CNC machine
• Work with custom parts and designs
• Perform tool changes and adjust tool offsets to ensure precision and adherence to design specifications
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management- contributing to team goals and production efficiency.

• Basic computer skills
• Experience with CNC routers, overarm routers, table routers, table saws, and miter saws strongly preferred
• Experience with CNC software (woodWOP7 or similar software) strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail as each employee is responsible for the quality of the product they produce
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to use and read precise measuring tools such as tape measure and calipers
