What are we looking for?**

+ 1. Controls and instrumentation knowledge including, but not limited to, Wonderware, HMI, system chart recorders, resistance temperature detectors, differential pressure transmitters and 4-20 MA loop control systems. 2. Working knowledge of Allen Bradley and Altivar variable frequency drives and other common drives used in the field. 3. Ability to troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) hardware including Modicon and Allen Bradley PCLs as well as others used in the field. Prefereed but not required to have software familiarity with Proworx, Concept and Unity software packages and others used in the field. 4. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve technical problems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints as well as basic/intermediate electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic. 5. Working knowledge of controls, electrical, mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and systems. 6. Each associate is responsible for complying to Mars Petcare quality and food safety policies, procedures, QMP and other auditable quality, food safety and regulatory standards in order to ensure a safe and quality product intended to delight the consumer. 7. Basic material machining and welding knowledge. 8. Predictive and conditioned maintenance skills. 9. PC skills including the use of CMMS system to plan and close work orders. 10. Knowledge of industrial plant systems, equipment and operations such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. 11. Team working skills at a variety of function levels.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**

+ 1. Current maintenance associate with experience in plant operations, including significant knowledge of instrumentation, controls, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems or must have 3 years of experience in a maintenance capacity within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of electrical systems; 480-VAC 3 phase, 240 volt through 110 VAC single phase and 24 VDC systems. 2. Physical requirements: Ability to perform all needed physical activities without restrictions. (Maximum of 50 pounds lifting.)

+ 2. Respond to unplanned work orders to safely and quickly bring equipment back to production status,

sign-off work orders in detail.

. 3.Troubleshoot, diagnose and make required repairs that include but are not limited to; control,

electrical and mechanical equipment and systems during factory runtime and down time.

4. Drive Continuous Improvement continuously driving stops lower.

5. Clean, organize, work area and tools after each job, maintain shop tour ready.
