We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. Electrical and Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities
- Operate more specialized tools or equipment (e.g., pneumatic drivers, testing rigs, multimeters) with minimal supervision.
- Conduct in-process inspections, verifying torque specs, electrical continuity, and correct component orientation
- Install and troubleshoot moderately complex mechanical or electlical assemblies (e.g., wiring harnesses, control switches, hydraulic components)
- Interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, or assembly instructions to ensure precise setup and functionality.
- Lead the installation and troubleshooting of complex systems (e.g., vehicle lighting, power distribution, hydraulic lift mechanisms).
- Perform electrical wiring and soldering of components according to schematics.
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
Electrical and Mechanical Assembler Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring, soldering techniques, and schematics.
- Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) is a plus.
- Ability to operate various power tools and machinery safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or related fields is advantageous.
