1st Shift Dock Assembler/Shipping Clerk $18 - 20/hr+**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Dock Assemblers/Shipping Clerks to join our team. The role involves working on the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for receiving and preparing orders for production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive shipments of foam and wood products.
+ Match incoming orders with production requirements.
+ Work within a team of approximately 4-5 people to unload trucks and prepare products for assembly.
+ Cut wood and foam to specifications once received.
+ Perform repetitive tasks comfortably, adapting to changing daily demands.
+ Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to use an air-powered staple gun and utility knife.
+ Willingness to learn and be trained on the job.
+ Stable work history.
+ Comfortable working on a small team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Carpentry or upholstery experience.
+ Prior foam manufacturing experience.
+ Experience with vinyl material or production.
+ Industrial sewing skills.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Previous warehouse or industrial work experience is preferred but not required.
