CNC Manufacturing Project Manager Opportunity

We are actively seeking an experienced and knowledgeable CNC Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the manufacturing sector, demonstrating expertise in managing resources, tracking projects, and delivering results on time and under budget. CNC Manufacturing Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage project resources, supplies, and parts to ensure successful project execution from start to finish (cradle to grave).
• Track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide project updates, and maintain strong working relationships.
• Review requests for proposals, prepare estimates, and complete proposal preparations in compliance with contract requirements.
• Develop and follow project schedules, including the creation of shop routers and invoicing upon project completion.
• Set cost goals for job completion, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Lead project reviews with team members, resolving issues and promoting quality work.
• Define solutions and incorporate them into job routers; participate in review board for non-conformance issues.

CNC Manufacturing Project Manager Qualifications:

• Firm understanding of machining, welding, millwright, and mechanic trades.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing processes related to machining and welding within industries such as mining, power generation, oil and gas, gearbox, or hydro.
• Degree in engineering, manufacturing engineering, or business.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of job estimating, routers, purchasing, shipping, and receiving.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and geometric tolerance standards.
• Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with effective written and verbal communication abilities.

CNC Manufacturing Project Manager Benefits:
