Machine Operator

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a reputable client specializing in the production of boxes and custom packaging materials. Position Summary: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing of packaging materials. Your role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet client specifications. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate machinery to produce boxes and custom packaging materials. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance. Measure and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Complete necessary documentation related to production and maintenance activities. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment. Strong measurement and math skills. Exceptional attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Effective communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. High school diploma or equivalent.
