Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to learn and work with rotating machinery, including compressors, pumps, motors, and motor drives. You will gain a deep understanding of pressure, flow, temperature, pressure gauges, and control valve instruments. This role involves setting up piping and fittings associated with chemical operations and learning to operate the control board.
**Responsibilities**
+ Learn to operate and maintain rotating machinery such as compressors, pumps, motors, and motor drives.
+ Understand and utilize pressure, flow, temperature, pressure gauges, and control valve instruments effectively.
+ Set up piping and fittings associated with chemical operations.
+ Operate control board to maintain and improve unit operations.
+ Read data and maintain log records accurately.
+ Maintain unit operations to ensure efficient production.
+ Set up line equipment for production processes.
+ Learn operation and maintenance of boilers.
+ Pass the BOILER examination within one year of joining, with the cost reimbursed by the company.
+ Take and pass tests required to remain in the apprenticeship program.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with production and machine operation.
+ Understanding of boiler and chiller systems.
+ Ability to read and maintain data logs.
+ Capability to operate and maintain unit operations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
+ Ability to pass the BOILER examination (reimbursed by the company).
