1st Shift: M-F, 7:00am-3:00pm
2nd Shift: M-F, 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift: S-Th, 11:00pm-7:00am

Job Responsibilities
Practice and promote world-class safety standards daily.
Participate in monthly safety talks and quality stand-down meetings as needed.
Support quality initiatives, including containment activities and system purges.
Support IATF 16949 practices and initiatives when assigned.
Operate and maintain daily production equipment such as lathes, machining centers, gun drills, and rack rolling machines.
Provide break and lunch relief for machine operators as needed.
Assist supervisors with manpower adjustments to accommodate machine downtime, material shortages, or production shifts.
Write up and document scrap accurately and promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic production problems independently.
Perform equipment setup and changeovers to support production flow
Assist engineering teams in process development, tooling tests, prototyping activities, and manufacturing documentation.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong understanding of basic machine operations and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including standard blueprint symbols.
Proficient in the use of basic inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages, height gages, depth gages, etc.).
Solid math skills and basic understanding of industrial engineering principles (e.g., man/machine cycle time studies).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, cellular manufacturing, and basic maintenance practices.
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of machining practices, tools, and fixtures.
Computer literate; Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel) is preferred.
Forklift certified, or ability to become certified within 45 days (fork truck license preferred).
