Job Description

Olympic Orthodontic Laboratory, Inc. is locally owned and operated, and has been in business since 1983. We are a full-service orthodontic laboratory that provides an extensive selection of orthodontic appliances and digital services.

We are presently looking for a production manager that would oversee 25+ employees and that would be responsible for all workflow through the lab.


  • Tracks and reviews case progression through the lab (from check-in to completion) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor cases at key stages during fabrication to ensure specifications and quality are met.
  • Maintains documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Daily appliance design within our computer program.
  • Ensure that proper maintenance and safety procedures, as well as good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are followed.
  • Oversees employee performance and distributes cases to technicians based on their knowledge, skill, and availability.
  • Motivates and creates an environment of teamwork.
  • Communicates directly with doctors and staff: provides technical support, handles complaints, etc.
  • Ability to provide assistance in the production process when needed.
  • Oversees employee training.
  • Maintains confidentiality of data received.
  • Performs other tasks as required.


  • Working knowledge of orthodontic appliance production.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, tooth anatomy and function.
  • At minimum, 5 years of orthodontic/dental¬†experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Requires flexibility and adaptability to meet laboratory demands.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and web-based computer applications/software)
