Position Title: Operator
Job Location: Lewisville, TX
Pay: $17-$22
Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Operator to support the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair process of electronic devices. You’ll work hands-on with devices, assist in testing, and ensure all repairs meet company standards. This role requires in-person interviews and fluency in English.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevice Diagnosis & Repair

• Inspect electronic devices to determine if damage is accidental or due to malfunction.
• Troubleshoot and validate repair or replacement claims.
• Estimate repair costs and report findings.
• Perform quality checks and final tests after repairs.
• Follow triage procedures for all device models.
• Assist the Engineering Lead in auditing technician performance.
• Help train new technicians.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Warehouse Efficiency

• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Maintain a positive and open communication culture in the warehouse.

Teamwork & Culture

• Promote a positive and supportive work environment.
• Encourage safety and well-being in the workplace.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• IT understanding preferred (certificate ideal).
• Basic computer knowledge is needed.
• Must be comfortable working with tools and small electronic parts. Should have a basic understanding of how devices work and be good with hands-on tasks.

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with moderate to loud noise.
• May involve hot or cold conditions depending on the season.
• Requires walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
