Position Summary

We are currently seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely handling materials and supporting production and shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow work orders and verbal instructions to move, stage, and ship products

• Load/unload materials to and from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves

• Use manual or powered equipment (hand truck, dolly, hoist, etc.) to transport materials

• Assemble crates for outgoing products as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Assist in routine cleaning of machines and workspaces

• May occasionally operate industrial trucks or electric hoists

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Background in lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• A collaborative approach to working with others

• Experience in window or related manufacturing environments is a plus

• Certification in operating various types of Material Handling Equipment is preferred

Education & Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2 years of related experience preferred

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Reliable and consistent attendance is essential

Additional Information

• This is a full-time position.

• All candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

• Pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident drug testing is required. RiteScreen conducts on-site oral fluid drug screenings for all candidates who are offered employment.
