Job Description
As a Commercial Construction Plumbing Foreman, you will oversee plumbing crews, manage project timelines, and operate heavy machinery to ensure efficient and safe completion of commercial plumbing installations. You will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, ensuring compliance with blueprints and codes, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction sites.
Operate machinery such as excavators, backhoes, and trenchers for plumbing
installations.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to execute tasks accurately.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory on-site.
Train and mentor junior plumbers and laborers.
Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure operational safety.
Qualifications
Skills:
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in maintaining safety standards and protocols.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
