We're looking for a Value Stream Manager who shares that mindset—a mechanically inclined, hands-on leader who motivates people, solves problems, and thrives on making things better.

Your Role:

As a Value Stream Manager at RiteScreen, you'll own the day-to-day operations of a production area—delivering results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing a strong, high-performing team. You’ll be on the floor, leading by example, engaging in Lean activities, and empowering your team to take pride in their work and their growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive Lean transformation and build a culture of continuous improvement
• Lead kaizen events, coach team members in Lean tools, and eliminate waste
• Monitor daily schedules, labor plans, and production output to meet goals
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll approvals, and scheduling using ADP
• Collaborate with HR on staffing needs and support recruiting efforts
• Develop and coach team members to grow into future leaders
• Communicate confidently with frontline staff and senior leadership alike
• Own performance metrics and present results using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools
• Conduct plant tours and host visitors with professionalism and pride
• Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular safety training and audits

What You Bring to RiteScreen:

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• A hands-on leadership style—you’re present, engaged, and leading from the floor
• Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of technical processes
• A curious, driven, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• The ability to communicate clearly with everyone—from production to directors
• Experience with Lean manufacturing tools and operational best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Time management, organizational savvy, and strong interpersonal skills
• A trade school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience (a bachelor’s degree is great but not required)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ADP timekeeping and payroll systems
• Prior exposure to ERP or manufacturing data systems
