A.) from four-year college or university in quality related field; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years quality management experience in aerospace and/or machine parts manufacturing. Thorough understanding of ISO 9000, AS9100 and other industry quality specifications associated with mechanical aerospace products. ASQ and Six Sigma Black Belt certified preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of SPC and Cost of Quality disciplines. Good presentation and QA auditing skills. Demonstrated record of developing QA procedures, work instructions, or guidelines from actual manufacturing practices. |
