Specific Duties Finish and cure Lineman sleeves according to plant procedure. Strip (remove) sleeves from forms and invert. Clean and prepare forms and dip racks as prescribed in plant procedure. Clean finishing area and assist in cleaning pits and dip tanks as needed. Clean inside form washing machine and outside area. Comply with company policy on respirator use. Set up Rollers. Work at all times in accordance with published safety rules and good housekeeping practices. Performing other duties and special assignments as required. Additional Job Duties Finishing (curing and stripping) must be done at a minimum rate of 2 racks per hour without stripping marks, under cures or over cures. Handle forms carefully at all time to avoid breakage. Pin up forms at a rate of 40 minutes per double racks. Wash forms to include placing in dry oven at a rate of 30 minutes per single rack.  All work must be done in a manner to prevent product defects. Must be able to work rotating shifts of 6 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm, and 10 pm - 6 am.  Shifts will change weekly.
