Additional Job Duties Finishing (curing and stripping) must be done at a minimum rate of 2 racks per hour without stripping marks, under cures or over cures. Handle forms carefully at all time to avoid breakage. Pin up forms at a rate of 40 minutes per double racks. Wash forms to include placing in dry oven at a rate of 30 minutes per single rack.  All work must be done in a manner to prevent product defects. Must be able to work rotating shifts of 6 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm, and 10 pm - 6 am.  Shifts will change weekly. Physical / Mental / Visual Requirements Intermittent workflow requiring constant physical effort, dexterity, or mental-visual concentration throughout a cycle, or for sustained periods of continuous workflow.  May require a period of physical or mental conditioning before job's productivity standard can be attained.
