In this position the ideal candidate will work within Finishing Operations to support the manufacture of pharmaceutical products in a timely manner, compliant with all business requirements. Ensure the integrity and quality of the products produced meet all operating standards including: cGMP, regulatory, and safety requirements. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician-2nd Shift Company: Location: Boston, MA Description: JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for manufacturing activities following written manufacturing directions and Supervisor's directions in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and HCM policy and procedures. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for and proficient in the compliant operation of area specific equipment and accompanying recording devices such as depyrogenation ovens, vial washer, autoclaves, fill machinery and formulation equipment. Acts as a manufacturing lead in collaboration with other depts. to complete assignments per schedule. Regularly communicates progress, problems, and recommendations to area management and collaborating departments. Uses experience, training, and scientific judgment to resolve issues; Write or edit procedures, batch records and deviations. Will meet HCM personnel EM acceptance criteria in order to perform aseptic processing operations. Responsible for maintaining training, and training documentation on applicable SOPs. Trains manufacturing staff on equipment, processes and procedures. Performs work in a safe manner. Monitors workspace for unsafe conditions or practices. Understands and follows OSHA and HAZOP guidelines when handling or disposing of hazardous materials.
