The Production Supervisor position is responsible for providing provide oversight and direction to the manufacture of products or delivery of services. This includes assuring that operations equipment is available or in service to meet production requirements; evaluates the condition of current equipment; recommending or initiating maintenance; and ensuring equipment has been placed in a safe condition prior to any work being performed. The Production Supervisor must also effectively supervise assigned wage personnel. Inspects product to verify production specifications are met.
