Be the key point of communication to support TR&D and non-standard fabrication requirements; as well as ensure optimum equipment utilization through active interaction with Facilities, Equipment and Process Engineering on all equipment availability issues. Ensure optimum inventory levels at all times through active interaction with Production Control groups in all aspects of inventory control which includes inventory movements between fabs. Ensure clear communication with Fab Management through comprehensive shift and project reports.  Responsible for corrective actions to address problems associated with processing or operating machines or equipment, and conduct formal employee performance evaluations. SCHEDULE:   This position will work a compressed workweek (CWW).  The CWW shift and hours are as follows.  D1 shift – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00AM-6:00PM N1 shift – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00PM-6:00AM D2 shift – Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00AM-6:00PM N2 shift – Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00PM-6:00AM Please do not apply if you are not willing to work either every Saturday or every Sunday.
