Job Title: Production Supervisor 2nd Shift (642) Company: Armour-Eckrich Meats LLC Location: Omaha, NE Description: 642 Job Description Provide direct supervision to hourly employees in the manufacturing and packaging of meat products.  Train, direct, coach and lead the production work team in the day-to-day operations to meet production, safety, quality and sanitation requirements.  Drive the communication of production goals and objectives as well as results in order to effectively motivate the team to maintain a high standard of product quality while maximizing plant efficiencies.  Key Accountabilities: Ensures standard operating procedures and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements are followed at all times.
