This position will supervise the activities of the assigned personnel, direct employees with respect to production volume, cost, quality, and meeting production schedules and delivery dates and stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity of production workers. This individual will work closely with the Manufacturing Manager and Production Planner to establish working schedules for all departments connected with production and maintain adherence to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. This person will assure that machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production and keep records of departmental activities, as required.
