Job Title: Production Scheduler/Planner Company: Reynolds Polymer Technology, Inc. Location: Grand Junction, CO Description: Job Description: An Industry leading manufacturing company located in a beautiful Colorado recreation area is looking for a Production Scheduler/Planner to join their team. The Production Scheduler/Planner will be responsible for the entire scheduling and planning process for all product lines. Product lines include both build to order and build to stock scenarios. This requires an extremely well rounded scheduler/planner capable of leading and contributing in an assertive manner is all aspects of the process. Only qualified candidates will be considered. Basic Requirements and Duties: Bachelor’s degree and APICS certification preferred 3 to 5 years of proven experience scheduling/planning in a manufacturing environment Responsible for all production priorities and customer requirements Resolves all scheduling problems Proficient with ERP/MRP, Microsoft Office/Project Sure Track/Primavera experience a plus Create and enter product structures as required Monitor production processes and flow and adjust schedules as required Work closely with management, purchasing, sales, engineering to insure on-time delivery Plastics experience a plus Analyze and maximize manufacturing resources Proficient at capacity analysis and planning Compile and distribute metrics Create/maintain all manufacturing outlines (routings) Understanding of lean concepts a plus Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Must be methodical, assertive and a team player A full benefit package including Health, Dental, Life and Supplemental Insurance, matching 401k and more is offered.
