A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field is desired but not required. A thorough understanding of machine, welding and fabrication shop practices is required. The candidate should have the ability to train and supervise shop personnel in the set up, machining, welding, assembly and inspection complicated mechanical parts and components. We also needs a supervisor for the a new transmission rebuilding shop to setting up and maintaining the transmission rebuilding department.
