Job Title: Production Manager Company: Terex Corporation Location: Watertown, SD Description: Overview: Terex Utilities, a business segment of the Terex Corporation, is based out of Watertown, South Dakota; we manufacture Aerial Devices, Cable Placers, Cranes, Digger Derricks, Drilling, Excavators, and Trailers primarily for the electrical utilities business. We are a company with a strong safety first mentality, team based culture, respect for the individual and high integrity.  The company has changed rapidly over the past four years and is in the midst of a transition from a privately held small company, to a publicly owned big company.  Management desires to maintain much of the small company informality while implementing some of the large company disciplines that are required in today's environment. Responsible for production of scheduled units with a team of 100-150 team members.  Work with engineering, materials, and scheduling departments to meet business objectives including safety, quality, planning, forecasting, talent development, productivity, cost reduction and the application of lean manufacturing principles, methodologies, and tools.
