Ensuring that everyone is leveraging this governance to provide the framework for the Value Centers to work collaboratively, and in unison with the CoE, enabling process standardization and business alignment across the enterprise.  Manage the Production Support Team to:Business Support – 7/24 Global Production Support – Help Desk, background processes, issues resolution, SAP and Third party support, Patch testing and validation, issues status/resolution communication and pro-active support requirements. §         Project & Implementations – Support migration from Project to Production, including working side-by-side with Projects teams during “Go-Live” task.§         Internal Marketing – Support and promote CoE performance, benchmark studies and other forums, whose results are used to drive the CoE image internally§         Coordination of SAP Patches and change recommendations §         Technical Support – Work with Tech.
