You will make sure that there is sufficient manpower to complete production, provide a safe workplace while complying with OSHA requirements, and ensure that proper manufacturing standards are in place to produce a quality product. This position will play a key role in overseeing daily operations in manufacturing/ production. Qualifications include a BA or BS Degree with at least 6 years of manufacturing/ production management experience. A background with composite materials is also required.
