Job Title: Manufacturing Manager M Company: Boeing Location: Everett, WA Description:   Experienced, schedule oriented manufacturing manager for on-site production in Italy. This individual will serve as the adviser to the European Director, plant general manager and production cell leaders for a 787 Horizontal Stabilizer production effort. Key Areas: Production ramp-up, including but not limited to, experience leading a team through visibility process enhancement, development of operating rhythm, tool proving, production control, and conformity processes. Hands-on experience leading teams in production ramp-up for major structural assembly utilizing determinate assembly, systems installation and checkout. Manages employees and mid-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines. Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives. Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers. Weekly travel between Foggia and Grottaglie, Italy will be required.
