Job Title: Manufacturing Manager Company: Trick Flow Specialties Location: Tallmadge, OH Description: Due to rapid growth, Trick Flow Specialties, an industry leader in the development and manufacturing of high performance cylinder heads and intake manifolds, has an open position for a Manufacturing Manager.  In this position, the qualified candidate will have full P&L responsibility of Trick Flow and as such be in charge of: ·        Annual budgeting·        Managing and training Trick Flow personnel·        Leading the design and development of new, high-performance, automotive engine products focusing on product manufacturability·        Working with manufacturing personnel in the production of tooling and fixtures, both prototype and final·        Working with Purchasing and outside vendors for the procurement of samples, pricing and material specifications·        Assisting in the evaluation of new vendors·        Working with QA to improve product quality and processes·        Working on improving productivity and throughput in the manufacturing group with accurate production goals and time estimates·        Working with dyno operators to effectively test products for performance and durability  The qualified candidate will possess a BSME or equivalent with 10+ years of manufacturing experience (MBA a plus).  Excellent knowledge of internal combustion engines and experience with CAD/CAM software packages and CNC operation is required. Trick Flow is located in Tallmadge Ohio and offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes healthcare, vision, dental, 401K, profit sharing, paid vacation and sick days.
