QUALIFICATIONS 4 year college degree preferred. 5+ years of machining experience 2+ years of direct supervisory experience. Must possess the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels within and outside the organization. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. EXPERIENCE 2 years supervision in a production machine shop environment.
