This individual will be responsible for production management, material management, planning, scheduling, quality, and logistics. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be involved in all phases plant operation to ensure productivity, efficiency, and compliance with all cGMP regulations.Requirements: 10+ years in plant operations/manufacturing in a solid dose environment. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering discipline.Demonstrated track record in product and personnel management.Expertise in high volume fluid bed operation.Solid skill set in team building, leadership, training, and personnel development.Availability to work 1st or 2nd shifts. Duties: Manage shift operations of large solid dose facility from incoming raw material to packaging.Oversee process analysis, identify manufacturing constraints, and implement solutions.Sustain and improve preventive maintenance program.Evaluate and customize production scheduling.Direct manufacturing strategy and product changeover in a multi-product facility.Ensure compliance to all cGMP requirements.
