Report maintenance problems beyond the scope of this position to the Production Manager. Gather bids, provide recommendations to the Production Manager and oversee the completion of work assigned to private repair oriented contractors. 5. Grounds maintenance and landscaping will be kept up at all times. 6. Track maintenance requests and report monthly what was done and determine what percent of the requests (see maintenance request form) were completed on time. 7. Enter time into Vertex daily. B. Production Direct Tasks 1. Complete tasks related to light manufacturing, assembly and packaging. Tasks may include various assembly, packaging, construction, delivery and general labor.
