Job Title: Production Associate

Description:
We are looking for an associate to prep fruit, design arrangements and assist customers with order taking. Must be very clean, have a kitchen background and be able to take direction and follow management's instructions accurately and with a good attitude. Computer, keyboard typing and basic math skills also required. If you like a challenging, deadline oriented environment this position may be for you. We will provide product specific training, however, candidate must have good physical stamina and be well acquainted with basic kitchen/prep work. Once trained, the candidate must be able to work independently, pacing their own work and completing tasks unsupervised based upon provided timelines. This is a part-time position that requires a lot of schedule flexibility. Associate must be available at least 3 days or more/per week, with at least alternating Saturday, Sunday availability. Some shifts will begin in the morning as early as 7 or 8 am and other shifts will be begin at approximately 3 pm and go until 7 pm. The ability to occasionally work at the store open to close is also required (8 am to 7 pm). Being able to work in advance of all major holidays is an absolute requirement, these holidays are Christmas Eve day (closed Christmas day), days leading up to and including Valentine's Day, days leading up to and including Easter and the days leading up to and including Mother's Day. If you have the right background and type of flexibility, we will be selecting candidates for interviews this Friday afternoon.
