Currently, Wilcox Farms is seeking a Senior Processing Mechanic to manage the maintenance department and assist in essential processing operations as needed. The position will be responsible for all processing equipment, utilities and refrigeration systems. The candidate must be able to track repair costs relative to the budget along with coordinating and executing capital projects Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:. Must have minimum 3 years maintenance experience in food processing facility or manufacturing facility 2-3 yrs Experience with 110v and 480 volt electrical, welding and outstanding troubleshooting techniques Must have Ability to take direction and direct others, work independently and make decisions on your own, work in a team environment Benifits Include: 401K match, vacation after 1 year,medical and dental, Life Insurance Wilcox Farms will require pre-employment drug and fitness testing along with criminal background checks.
