Be proficient on all lines and all pieces of equipment in the designated cell area. Must be able to troubleshoot, repair and PM these equipment pieces with occasional supervision. 10. Train and coach production operators on line setups, quality issues and optimizing running conditions when required. 11. Suggest and upgrades to equipment to improve runnability. 12. Work on various production lines as required by Maintenance Management. 13. Work overtime as required including call-in for P.M. downs. 14. Be available for an emergency call-in to work an additional shift due to sickness or absence of another Line Technician. A 2 hr. standby period only will be expected when scheduled for emergency call-in. That standby time will be between 6 and 8 o'clock (depending if days or nights).
