Daily activities in this position include, but are not limited to: Installation, service and repair of HVAC/R equipment Air conditioning and heating systems Commercial refrigeration systems Air handlers Power roof vents · Preventative Maintenance · Recordkeeping This position is an 8 hour day shift position however it does require Overtime and On-Call rotation. Qualifications Qualifications High School diploma or G.E.D with trade school certifications or college level courses related to construction/maintenance trades Minimum of five years industrial work experiences with knowledge of two or more of the following trades: electrical systems and wiring, new installation and repair electrical systems and wiring, new installation and repair plumbing applications machinery operation and repairs Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems, operations and controls including knowledge of Building Automation Systems. Ability to work well with others and act as team leader Valid driver's license Ability to read and interpret blue-prints/schematics in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics or mechanical Freon Recovery License Must be able to meet all physical requirements associated with this job, included but not limited to: lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs., passing OSHA/DOT medical exams and physicals, inoculations.
