We are looking for a Product Development Machinist. The candidate must be mechanically inclined with machine experience. Must have a strong understanding of manufacturing process, materials and tooling design. Must be self motivated, with a positive attitude and work references are a must. Prior training and/or experience in metal manufacturing and/or machine tool technology at the high school and/or college level is a must. The candidates must have excellent project management and organizational skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines. Research of materials, vendors and determining the most cost effective approach for a new product will also be a part of this role. Must have the ability to create CNC program from a 2D or 3D CAD drawing, that they have created. The candidate must have experience with Fanuc controls.
