Job Title: Maintenance Machinist Technician Company: Location: Boise, ID Description: MAINTENANCE MACHINIST TECHNICIAN Express Employment Professionals is currently assisting their client, an expending organization in the search for a qualified Maintenance Machinist Technician for an opening in Bend, OR. DEPARTMENT: ? Maintenance REPORTING TO: ? Manufacturing Service Manager PURPOSE: ? This position requires the diagnosing, repairing, disassembly, rebuilding, and assembling of production machines. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: ? It requires the use of conventional machine tools, special machine tools. ? The ideal candidate will be able to fabricate completely all parts required in the maintenance and repair of production machines and all plant machinery. ? Utilize and apply a thorough technical knowledge of machining theory as related to machine/equipment controls in determining methods for installing, adjusting, and maintaining advanced machines and equipment. DUTIES: ? Set up manufacturing equipment for production runs ? Conduct routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment ? Repair manufacturing equipment ? Assist in facility maintenance QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: ? Strong mechanical aptitude ? Thorough technical knowledge of machining theory ? Team player but able to work with minimal supervision ?
