Responsible for the Auburn plant environmental compliance and maintaining regulatory requirements and activities. Develops operating budget, capital expenditures and justification, and manpower requirements for Auburn plant. Leads and supports the cross-functional collaboration around the company’s product development processes (3P, DP, and M) to ensure new products are developed, manufactured, and launched according to plan. Provides our customers with a high quality product through sound manufacturing processes and procedures; leads and supports company’s Quality Problem Process and reporting resolution. Hosts sales and customer visits in the plant as required. Understands plant financial measures and performance and successfully links plant activities to improved financial results. Meets financial targets. Responsible to supply chain for dependable delivery schedules; develop ramp-up/ramp-down strategies in support of seasonal business demand.
