BioteQ is currently seeking a Plant Manager in Bisbee, Arizona, a great role for an engineer or supervisor who enjoys hands-on operations management. The candidate must have a strong technical background and at least several years of recent experience in chemical, hydrometallurgical, or industrial wastewater treatment processes. The candidate must have demonstrated leadership and managerial skills preferably in a small team or business environment. The position involves a combination of supervision, management, and hands-on operation of a Biosulfide water treatment facility. The facility is a Joint Venture between BioteQ Environmental Technologies and Freeport McMoroan Incorporated (FMI). Reporting to our Regional Operations Manager in Bisbee, Arizona and our Global Operations Manager in Vancouver, Canada, the plant manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation including coordinating activities and maintaining good working relationship with FMI site management and mine personnel.
