Job Description: Regulate and support the movement of product throughout the entire Manufacturing and Assembly cycle from the creation of manufacturing work orders (jobs) to the delivery of finished goods. May prepare, release & issue work orders based on scheduled production start date. May also control production schedules and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. Coordinate material movement between warehouse and production areas. Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, data and services are provided as needed; confirm material supply and demands; prepare work orders for production based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements; coordinate interdepartmental activity, schedule and expedites the movement of parts. Analyze inventory usage, scrap and coordinate any appropriate action. Assists management in resolving problems concerning over shipments, shortages, engineering changes, and cancellation of orders. Basic Qualifications: Typical minimum education and experience requires is High School or equivalent with 2-4 years experience. Proficient in computer data entry, and general understanding of database structures a must. Physical Requirements: Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment; noise, oil, grease, grime and dust are present, temperature of working area will reflect the outside weather conditions. Must be able to climb ladders, stairs and portable stands and navigate these without assistance. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: heat, cold, noise, vibration, and proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or chemicals. Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, balance, push, pull, kneel, grasp, crouch, and crawl. Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes. Must be able to stand for sustained periods of time. Must be able to walk for long distances or move from one work site to another. Must be able to work primarily with fingers such as picking, pinching or typing. Must be able to communicate effectively. Will have substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be capable of routinely performing industry standard ambidextriosities required to complete tasks. Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 50 pounds. Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods to the Chef to ensure optimum service to guests. Ensure the quality of the food items and notify managerif a product does not meet specifications. Set-up and break down work station. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacle. Ensurefood storage areas are clean. Dispose of glass in the proper containers. Set up serving stations. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Speakwith others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests` service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
