Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering degree or similar technical field, MBA preferred.  5+ years of hands-on manufacturing leadership responsibility and related manufacturing experience including: Running a plant that has excellent safety improvement record and minimal lost time accidents. 5S and lean processes to lead the transformation of the plant to a best in class operation Identification and implementation of process changes Both strategic and hands-on experience Strong understanding of quality, service, and cost. Solid background in leadership roles, including participating in cross functional teams. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, P&L, balance sheet, and earned hours model The successful candidate will have experience in effectively communicating with hourly employees, operations supervision, management, and customers. He/She will have experience solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. An understanding of BOM, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Standards, Variance Accounting, and Cost estimating is needed, with basic Information technology skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
