Job Summary:This person will be on a CWW shift reporting to the primary shift supervisor splitting management responsibilities of approximately 50-60 people in a fab environment.  The main duties are to ensure the well being of the workers on the shift, ensure production work is moving, with tool and WIP priorities being clearly set.  The shift supervisors provide communication to the rest of manufacturing to ensure any holds are being cleared, and production issues are being addressed in a timely manner.    This person will also be responsible for planning, and implementing process improvement initiatives such as Lean, six sigma, and 5S in support of continuous process improvement.
