Relocation Assistance is Available About the position: Plant manager will be responsible for the successful and efficient operation of this food processing facility. You will be reporting to the VP of Operations. Plant Manager will: Participate in creating and implement company policies, facilities business plan, department procedures, as well as profit and growth objectives. Review and analyze all key objectives of the facility and make necessary adjustment in operations to obtain or exceed key objectives. Oversee key projects that can include, process improvement, product development, statistical reporting, and capital improvements. Provide leadership for production employees and department heads that includes mentoring, coaching, and team building. Manage compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting with USDA, FDA, EPA, OSHA, etc. Manage departments heads, functions, objectives, and compliance for, Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, and This is a hand’s on management position and approximately 50% of your time will be spent with production employees and department’s heads with both leadership and overseeing the overall operation.
