Job Title: Plant Manager - Dairy Company: WeSearch Associates Inc. Location: Boise, ID Description: Will be responsible for the financial results of the plant and provide leadership and direction for all aspect of production.  Duties will focus onproduct quality, production yield, control of expenses and effective use of staffing.Requirements:1) Bachelor's Degree in Dairy manufacturing engineering preferred.2) 10+ years food manufacturing or related experience.3) Strong attention to detail and dependability.4) Strong technical knowledge of dairy and cheese making.5) Strong communication skills.6) Ability to read and create financial results (P&L) and knowledge of computer software.
