Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist Company: Aerotek Location: Minneapolis, MN Description: A very small ( one person machine shop) is currently seeking a CNC lathe machinist to work while the employee is on Medical leavefor back injury. This could be anywhere from 3 months to 9 months. This person will be working independently while the owner is in thenext room. They are responsible for setting up the CNC lathe machine, taking the program out of the controller- they are pre-settingup the tooling, adjusting. They will be checking parts- 1000 tolerance parts no smaller. They will operate a manual mill, anddrill press. This is a very repetitive job with old machinery and a not so clean facility.
