A self motivated and driven individual will do well in this position. Previous experience with table router, jointer, drill press/milling machines and other woodworking machinery is mandatory. Ability to run or be trained on a SCM - CNC Panel Saw will be mandatory as well. Prior work experience machining plastics is a plus. Materials include but are not limited to acrylic, PETG, polycarbonate, PVC Foam and HIPS. Daily tasks include job setups and production runs on shop tools/machines. Applicants must be able to machine and read measuring tools to the 1/32”. Health, Dental & LTD Insurance are available. We require a hands-on, dynamic individual to lead our repair and maintenance department in our ISO certified 24 hour "job shop" environment plant in Cranbury, NJ. History of success developing and managing budgets, improving metrics, and achieving aggressive goals. Ability to develop rapport/credibility with diverse functional groups including senior management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
